During a routine inspection
Another person told us, 'Staff are really nice and down to earth.'
We saw records included an 'assessment tool' that had been completed with staff in the service that ensured good hygiene practices are adopted by staff.
We saw records that confirmed staff had completed more 'specialist' training needs in line with the nature of the service. For example, patent centred viewing, conflict resolution, defibrillation, basic life support and tissue viability.
We saw records that confirmed the provider was measuring its performance on a quarterly basis.
