During a routine inspection
People told us that, most of the time, they had regular carers which they preferred. One person told us, 'I generally have the same carers and I prefer the continuity'. Another commented, 'Having regular carers means that they know my routine'.
People said that they were happy with the support they received and that they were treated with dignity and respect. One person told us, 'The privacy and dignity shown is good, I can't fault the girls'.
Staff told us that they felt supported in their roles and had regular individual supervision and annual appraisals. They also said that the training was good.
We saw evidence that people's care and support plans were being reviewed.
Records showed that people did not always receive support for the correct amount of time.
