Governance, management and sustainability

As the service has grown in size, the management team has also been expanded to ensure robust systems remain in place. Staff were encouraged to continuously develop to ensure the best outcomes are achieved for people. Staff had recently completed surveys and the results were very positive. Comments included “Love to Care put people at the centre of everything they do [..] everyone is made to feel valued and a priority.” Comments from the recent client survey included “I can not praise Love to Care enough” and “Extremely satisfied – excellent communication and care”.

Regular audits were completed and actions were added to the service improvement plan to ensure there was continuous improvement. The local authority carried out a quality monitoring visit in November 2023 and the overall rating was exceeds compliance.
