During a routine inspection
We found that care records reflected the care and treatment people received and that people were actively involved in setting their own goals for treatment. Staff sought consent to care and treatment for all people entering the service and people using the service were aware of their rights and the boundaries of confidentiality.
We found that staff worked closely with other health and social care professionals to ensure people's needs were met. Staff told us that they felt supported by the provider.
We saw evidence that the provider had in place a quality monitoring system and that any areas for improvement identified were acted upon.
