During a routine inspection
All staff who worked at the surgery had been checked for their suitability to work with vulnerable adults and children via the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). We were satisfied that the provider had taken steps to ensure that people who used the service had their needs met by appropriately qualified staff.
The provider had systems in place for auditing the quality of care and treatment. Patient satisfaction questionnaires were regularly carried out with action taken in response to comments made by people who used the service. The provider had a range of audits that were conducted to ensure the health and safety of people who used the service.
