During a routine inspection
We found people were given appropriate information and were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment. People told us staff treated them with politeness and respect.
Staff we spoke with said it was a good organisation to work for and there were excellent training opportunities. One person said:" Training is on-going, there are plenty of opportunities."
Staff said they were well supported to do their job. All staff we spoke with said they thought communication was effective and they were kept informed of people's care and support needs.
We saw the provider had systems in place to gather feedback from people, who used the service, and to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service people received.
