Electronic treatment records were stored securely and complied with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We saw the general environment layout helped to protect patients’ privacy and dignity with the exception of the glass doors leading to the hygienist's room did not fully protect the privacy and dignity of a patient when sat in the treatment chair.
