During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us that the staff were helpful and caring. They said that the appointment system including out of hours service was satisfactory and the recent introduction of appointment reminder texts sent by the surgery to patient's mobile phones was a good idea.
Some people said that the continual use of locum doctors could affect continuity of care as they did not always see the same one which could be a frustration. This was also noted by other people placing comments on the website for the surgery.
People with whom we spoke told us the quality of service provided at Southview park surgery was satisfactory.
