During a routine inspection
We saw that people's medicines were well managed. People received the medicines they had been prescribed and staff kept an accurate record of medicines that were held in the home.
People told us they would speak to staff if they had any concerns and said they were confident that action would be taken to resolve their problem. We saw that there were regular meetings for people who used the service. The meetings included an opportunity for people to raise any concerns or complaints they had. We saw that action had been taken when people had raised concerns.
