Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
By 12.00 on the last Friday of each month, commencing Friday 26 April 2024 the registered provider must submit to the Care Quality Commission an updated written report and action plan on the steps taken to comply with these registration conditions.
The registered provider must by 12.00 on 19 April 2024 in respect of each service user:
i. Undertake a review and provide an individualised report on the legal and clinical rationale for restrictive practices which records that the practices are the least restrictive necessary.
ii. Submit to the Care Quality Commission a discharge plan and updated Behavioural Analysis Plan.
iii. Submit to the Care Quality Commission a risk assessment and safety plan for service users accommodated together in unit 2 at Whipton Hospital.
The registered provider must reduce the number of existing service users at Whipton Hospital to three.
The registered provider must not admit any new service users or re-admit discharged existing service users to Whipton Hospital.
Assessment or medical treatment for persons detained under the Mental Health Act 1983
