During a routine inspection

People who use the location were asked how they feel about staying at the unit and the staff who look after them. These comments include " I like it here" and " it is a nice place to stay".

One person explained how there are weekly community meetings on a Friday where they can put forward ideas for activities and discuss any concerns that they may have.

Another person was very pleased to be given a concessionary bus pass allowing them to travel independently in the local area.

One person told us he goes to "Tracks" at Low fell which is a motivation group. They learn how to respond to different situations which can lead up to future training and or employment.
