Joyce is a science graduate and has an MBA in public sector management. She started her career in the NHS and has worked for various regulatory commissions in health and social care, and at the Department of Health and Social Care.
Joyce is passionate about developing good regulation that drives improvements in the quality and safety of care, improves outcomes for people and reduces inequalities.
