Description

An Improvement Notice was issued to the employer under Section 21 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 following an inspection of the nuclear medicine department. This identified concerns around the lack of a study of risk for radiotherapeutic exposures and records of staff training

The employer submitted evidence and was deemed to comply with this Notice on 03 July 2024.
