On and/or before 10 July 2024, the employer was found in breach of regulations 15(2) and 17(4).

Description

An Improvement Notice was issued to the employer under Section 21 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 following an inspection of the nuclear medicine service. This identified concerns around the equipment inventory for the service and the keeping of staff training records.

Result

The employer submitted evidence and was deemed to comply with this Notice on 06 September 2024.
