We took action to cancel the registration of Fleming Care Homes Limited on 3 March 2025 for failure to provide safe care and treatment, failure to operate effective assurance and auditing systems and processes to ensure people received safe and effective care and failure to deploy enough suitably qualified, competent and experienced staff to meet people's needs at Gordon Lodge Rest Home.
