Within 10 days of the condition taking effect, the registered provider must provide the Care Quality Commission with up to date policies and procedures describing how your quality management systems will be used to monitor and improve the following areas:

a) Care plans
b) Incidents and accidents
c) Complaints
d) Environment safety
e) Fire safety
f) Staff training
g) Staff feedback

Within 20 days of this condition taking effect, the registered provider must carry out audits on the above, but not exclusively, at John Masefield House – Care Home with Nursing Physical Disabilities, Burcot Brook, Lodge Burcot, Abingdon, OX14 3DP. An action plan to be produced, in line with these audits, and submitted to the Care Quality Commission on the last Friday of every month, commencing the month after this condition takes effect.
