At the assessment on 20 August 2024, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulations: Systems and processes were more established with staff. The practice had invested in a new compliance system to improve oversight of governance systems. We saw that quality and assurance and monitoring and mitigating risk was conducted. For example, the practice had completed infection control and radiograph audits. A timetable for completing required audits and servicing equipment was in place. The information and evidence presented during the assessment was clear and well documented. The practice had systems to review and investigate incidents and accidents, and for receiving and acting on safety alerts. The practice had systems and processes for learning, quality assurance and continuous improvement. This included undertaking audits according to recognised guidance.
