Our view of the service

Eve Belle is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 58 older people, those with sensory and physical disabilities and people with dementia. At the time of our assessment Eve Belle was supporting 57 people. We looked at 8 quality statements in the key questions of safe, caring, responsive and well led.

People's experience of this service

People were positive about the care they received. They felt safe living at Eve Belle. Care plans reflected people’s individual needs, risks and preferences and they were involved in their plan of care. People told us there were enough staff available to support them and received their medicines on time. People were supported to be as independent as possible with choice and control in their lives. Staff treated people with kindness, dignity and respect and knew them well. People's views and those of their relatives were included in the quality assurance processes which monitored the quality of the service they received.
