Treating people as individuals
Some people and their relatives told us that staff worked well with them, 1 person said they are "really good very attentive and respectful" another said they were "very happy with them". However 1 person told us staff did not communicate well with them and that the manager did not listen when they asked for some adjustments to their support.
Staff we spoke to told us how they would support people to ensure they met their needs in a respectful and collaborative way.
The provider had completed care plans for people these were more detailed than previous plans. However there were still gaps in support needs which meant people were not always supported safely. Care plans were more easily accessible to staff due to being on the new computer system.
