People's experience of the service

Updated 3 May 2024

Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. Between 5 June and 17 June 2024, we received feedback from 14 patients. Patient feedback we reviewed provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, ‘Great surgery. Check-ups are great and hygienist is friendly and does a great job. Very punctual. Receptionist is good too’, ‘Despite living over an hour away from the practice I still come due to quality of service I receive’, ‘They understand your needs as an individual ‘. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken. Staff gathered feedback from patients and the public and demonstrated a commitment to acting on feedback.
