During an assessment under our new approach
This assessment covered all 34 quality statements across five key questions: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led.
During our assessment, we found that people were provided with safe care and effective treatment in relation to their medicines and long-term conditions. There were effective governance processes to ensure oversight of risks and to monitor the quality of care. People could access services when they needed to, without physical or digital barriers, including out of hours and in an emergency. The service’s premises and equipment were managed appropriately. People were given support to overcome health inequalities to ensure equal experience and outcomes. Leaders understood the challenges of meeting people’s needs and responded flexibily to ensure people could access care and treatment. Staff were supported in their roles and could raise concerns if necessary.
