People told us staff supported them to make choices about what they wanted to achieve. A relative commented, “They take [family member] to places they wanted to go to. People were involved in reviewing their care to help ensure they had good outcomes.

Staff supported people to be fully involved in their support. One staff member commented, "We provide guidance while allowing them to make their own decisions, promoting confidence in their abilities."

There were a range of opportunities for people and relatives to provide feedback to help ensure support was personalised to each person’s specific needs. People were encouraged to regularly review their care jointly with staff to make sure it was still relevant to their needs.
